The active ingredients consist of Benzalkonium chloride and chlorhexidine dihydrochloride, acting as antimicrobials, and liquid paraffin and isopropyl myristate, functioning as emollients.

These components combat harmful bacteria, prevent infections resulting from scratching, and help soften, moisturize, and protect the skin by retaining moisture and restoring its natural protective barrier. Dermol Cream can be safely used alongside other emollients or treatments prescribed by healthcare professionals.

How to Use:

For external use only, the 250g pump bottle must be unlocked by turning the top of the pump dispenser anti-clockwise before use. Apply Dermol Cream to affected areas as needed for adults, the elderly, infants, and children. It can be utilized as a soap substitute during bathing or showering, replacing regular soap or shower gel for other toiletry purposes.
