Maxitrol Drops Eye Disinfectant medication treats conditions involving swelling of the eyes and prevents bacterial eye infections. It contains

• Neomycin
• Polymyxin

antibiotics that work by stopping the growth of bacteria. Also, it has dexamethasone, an anti-inflammatory corticosteroid that works by reducing swelling.
